Protected by the local government of Catalonia, the buildings of the Mas de Baix originally date back to the 17th century. It comes surrounded by well-tended lawns and terraces where you can enjoy the warm Mediterranean sunshine. Despite several renovations throughout its history, the buildings still retain many period features from its long past.
The property is located in the village of Cabrils, famous for its cuisine. The village lies a 20 km motorway journey to the north of Barcelona and 5 minutes from the beaches of the Costa Maresme.
